Online Ordering System

Our online ordering system is customized specifically to each engraved brick fundraising program.  A link on our clients’ website takes the purchaser directly to our web-based ordering system. This feature is currently available in our fulfillment service package.

Inscription Verification Letters

We know that it is not enough just to take the engraved brick orders.  Quality and accuracy are the keys to donor satisfaction. For every order received for your program, we generate and mail to each donor an inscription verification letter that includes their inscription for their approval.

Certificates of Recognition

The Certificate of Recognition is a keepsake, suitable for framing, designed specifically for your program.  It includes the purchaser’s personal message and unique identification number.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates should be included in your marketing plan.  Allowing the recipient to choose their own inscription, gift certificates result in a simple, yet personal gift.  They are also an easy way for corporations to reward employees.

Fulfillment Services / Customer Service Center

If you do not have the staff to administer a program, Fund Raisers, Ltd. can do it for you!  Fund Raisers, Ltd. offers a complete fulfillment package that includes an “in house” Customer Service Center ready to manage your program.  The fulfillment services our Customer Service Center offers include:

• Toll-free Number and Post Office Box exclusive to your program: Our state of the art phone system assures you of consistently excellent customer service.  The staff in our Customer Service Center is trained specifically on the details of your program in order to handle customer inquiries and orders.  You can be assured of sufficient staffing, even in high-volume calling situations.
  
  
• Processing Orders and Payments:  Orders are received via phone, fax, e-mail, U.S. mail and website.  They are processed in our proprietary “Donor Recognition Program” software.  Payment methods include credit card, check, money order and cash.  Payments are processed and deposited directly into a bank account opened on your behalf.
  
  
• Financial Management:  Monthly account reconciliations, sales and financial reports are prepared and audited for you by our staff accountant.
  
  
• Locator System:  Fund Raisers, Ltd. will develop and coordinate the locator system in accordance with your layout design.  Onsite installation coordination is also available.
  
  
• Other Services:
  -Printing and mailing Inscription Verification Letters and Certificates of Recognition.
